Refunds/Exchanges/Returns:

We do not accept returns on items unless there is a manufacturers defect.  We try to go through every item to make sure you are getting the best quality, but sometimes one slips by us! Please email us within 30 days of your purchase at [email protected] with any concerns. 

If you would like to exchange an item, please feel free to email us within 30 days of your purchase!  Return shipping and shipping you the item you would like to exchange is your responsibility. 

Refunds and cancellations on orders will only be given within 24 hours of your order.  Refunds can not be given on seconds sales or pre-orders . 

Pre-Sales

There are no refunds on Pre-orders.  By Pre-Ordering, you are agreeing to help pay for the production of the item. 


Shipping:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products that happen during transit!!  Please purchase insurance so you are covered in case something happens to your package!  All items shipped are packaged with bubble wrap and come with a tracking number. 

  • It could take up to 10 business days to ship out your package.  We are working as fast as we can.  Thank you for your patience!  
  • Please allow at least 2 weeks (US only) from the time your package has been shipped to arrive due to COVID-19
  • Demonic Pinfestation will exchange an item if damaged within 30 days of your purchase. (Pins that are bent during transit are not exchangeable).
  • Returns are not accepted/ exchanges are within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Shipping is non-refundable
  • Return shipping is your responsibility 
  • If you put the incorrect shipping address and your package gets sent back to me, it is YOUR responsibility to pay for shipping again.   It is not my responsibility to pay for other peoples mistakes. If you refuse to pay for shipping to resend it to you, you will get a store credit.  

SHIPPING INSURANCE-
If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, there is a listing for that in my products. It will always be the first listing on the site.   I HIGHLY suggest getting shipping insurance.  If your package is lost or stolen, and you did not purchase insurance, we are not responsible and there will be very little help from USPS.

*Please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery once it has been shipped due to COVID-19. 
*If there is an issue, please email me and we can file a claim.  You will receive an email after purchasing with a tracking number.
